CHIP.....
- is a voluntary committee comprised of a broad range of community representatives.
- is a planning body that identifies health issues that are important to the community and provides support and technical assistance in planning to address these issues.
- has completed a nationally recognized community health improvement planning model called MAPP (Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships).
- is open to any member of the community.
- meets at the Highlands County Health Department in Sebring at 9:30am on either the second or third Thursday of the month. If more information is needed, call 863-386-6040.
